Lokpal Day Celebration on 16th January 2025
Context:
- Establishment of Lokpal:
- Lokpal of India was officially constituted on 16th January 2014, following the notification under Section 1(4) of the Lokpal and Lokayuktas Act, 2013.
- To commemorate this, 16th January has been designated as Lokpal Day, starting from 16th January 2025.
